DRV Flooring issues

I purchased a new 2022 DRV Full House and the vinyl flooring has many gaps between the tiles and the flooring is coming up under the slides. The dealer and the manufacturer are giving me a hard time about fixing the problem. Has anyone else had issues with DRV flooring and how were you able to get the dealer or manufacturer to take care of it.

If you were close to Howe, IN DRV may fix it out of warranty.

The flooring is made by Shaw and depending on what color you may be able to find a replacement. Mine has the Vaga color which has been discontinued and I can't find. Since the flooring is in 9" x 60" sections it will draw up when cold and leave gaps. I have heard of people using a caulk the same color to fill in the gaps.
What do you mean it is coming up under the slides?
