Congrats on the purchase. Enjoy the new ride and experiences on the road. Try out every system before hitting the road on a long trip. You may have some minor issues to work out before heading out that may need to be addressed. Have an open mind regarding repairs and look at ways to make it your own design and function. People on the forum are here to help out whenever there is a need. Just ask.

Welcome and congrats! I’ve got over 30,000 miles on mine and had to put $25 for a fuel pump for the genny. There are a few of the Thor haters on this site, but ignore there rants and enjoy your new Motorhome.

Welcome aboard. You can expect some "growing pains" with your new motorhome. We have owned several different brand coaches over the years, and they all had various problems that needed to be addressed. Some of the issues were quality of build issues others were from use and regular wear and tear. My point, Thor is no better or worse than any other manufacturer. As P Wadley stated use all the systems, get familiar with them then hit the road and enjoy the journey.

Welcome: Love our 2021 Aria. We were going to go up your way but the flu closed the boarder. Looking at 2023 as we are going from Washington to Boston and back this coming Spring.

New Thor owy

I loved my new Thor, then issues started rising and I loved it less. Just about every time we head out for a camping trip weather 3 days or 2 weeks something breaks or goes wrong.
I still enjoy it, but the love has worn off.
Keep the faith and a box of tools and spare parts handy!

Welcome to the forum......great people on here and a lot of good advice.

We have a 2020 ACE 30.3 and love it. My wife loves RVing so much that I had to de-winterize because she decided she wanted to take one more weeklong trip to the Lake of the Ozarks.

I bought it slightly used with 6000 miles, we put 3000 miles on it this summer with one minor issue, I had to fix was to replace a cracked shower P-trap assembly (common problem on all RVs).

You should access every possible place (cabinets) to remove all the saw dust and left behind construction debris (common along all manufacturers). Saw dust attracts critters and you will also end up with a lot of spare fasteners.
