Used Axis/Vegas 24.1
Hello. I'm looking for a used Axis/Vegas 24.1. I found this site during a Google search. I will probably buy something if I can find one for my budget by the fall. So just putting it out there if anyone is looking to sell or knows someone who wants to sell a 24.1 I would be interested. Thanks

Good luck with your search. It will be a good buy if you get one for that price.

Thanks, I'm hoping to find some good prices at the end of the summer. It doesn't have to be in NJ. I'm willing to travel.

There are three 2015 Axis 24.1 listed in RV Trader at just under $55k, and I'd expect they would drop price at least 10%. Depending on what a buyer is looking for (age, mileage, condition, etc.), it should be doable.
Slightly newer ones with lower windshield and/or 6-speed transmission seem to be priced significantly higher.

I've been keeping an eye on RVTrader and RVT.net

Within the next couple of months the 2019 model year should be out, making the original 2014 Axis and Vegas 5 years old. Based on typical motorhome depreciation, I expect 50% of what new units sell for should be achievable. Unless inflation rates skyrocket suddenly, I think older motorhomes will be under $50k.
Having said that, it seems to me (just observation without hard data) that Axis and Vegas have held their value quite well compared to Class Cs and larger As. Only Bs seem to depreciate slower.

That's what I was thinking a 2014-2015 at the end of the summer might be right in my price range. I also noticed the the used prices weren't significantly lower. They haven't depreciated much at all.
