Newbie with new Palazzo
Go easy...this is my first time.
I have a 2016 palazzo 33.3 bunkhouse model. So far love it, despite issues with 5 cheap tv's not supporting digital cable and toilet pyramiding.
Would love to have heads up suggestions on any topics.
We also pull a trailer with a polaris 900 XP for good times.

Welcome to the forum! Use lots of water when you flush, I'm about 45 seconds per flush minimum Happy trails.

flushing: either before or after use, press the pedal 1/2 down to allow water to enter the toilet, the more you let in before you press fully to flush, the less likely the 'pyramid' will happen. more water equals less problems - gravity and water are what it needs.
tvs: have 5 tvs in my 33.3 and have no issues with any type of cable, digital cable, satellite, or antenna reception... can you elaborate on exactly what the issue is?
travel, and enjoy : )

Welcome...
For the toilet pyramiding... as stated water is your friend in the black tank. Be sure you are leaving your BLACK valve CLOSED - even when connected to sewer... Leaving it open allows all the water/chemicals out that you want to help break down the rest.
GRAY can remain open normally when connected to sewer.
When BLACK gets near full - close GRAY to collect some water (I usually do the day before dumping).
Dump BLACK (use tank rinser as well if you have it) - CLOSE valve.
Dump GRAY and leave it open.
Add chemicals to toilet and start over.
DW and I typically can go a week on our BLACK tank before dumping. YMMV.
I assume the TV issue is lack of QAM tuner... Many of the cheap TV's provided are missing that - many discussions about replacement - or purchase of converter box(es).

Sure....3 tv's are Seiki brand, and the bunks have Saikyo and a no name brand. Seiki customer service told me the lack of a QAM tuner causes this so that TVs cannot unscramble digital cable service. Fix is to get a converter box with HDMI output.
