Screen on axxera stereo

I was driving my 2017 Thor Hurricane today and the screen on the Axxera radio went out.....the light lights up where you turn it on but I get no screen to set the bluetooth back up......I tried the little reset button under the knob but no joy....any ideas why the screen won't light up so I can see the menu?

Right after we purchased our 2018 Ace the screen went dead as you described. The plug in the back had become loose and tightening up did the trick.

So the lights come on but not the screen?
You tried toe reset the radio with the reset button on the front but that didn't help?
How long did you hold the reset button in? As I recall you need to hold it in 20 to 30 seconds. It is not simply a push and release to reset the radio.

Failing that, the LCD screen backlight may have failed. If that is the case just replace the radio - it's not worth fixing.

was the power light still coming on....that comes on just not the screen.....

nope held it for in for 20 then 30 then 40....no joy
