Slide issue AGAIN

Had a slide issue last week with only one motor working. Found a loose connection and it worked. We were repairing the slide COVER and it was necessary or run the slide in a Lttle and put a little several times. (I know your not supposed to stop and start part way). Now the slide is all the way out at both ends. The slide will start to come in from both ends and then one end stops! If I continue the other motor will continue and cock the slide. It's like the motor on the far end stops running. I think the motors are just OUT OF SYNC. Is there a way to Manually sync both motors with the slide all the way out???

PS: Lippett has a u-tube showing to run the slide in and out three times to sync but that is when the slide is cock a few inches. I tried the three times approach but dud nothing.

Try to retract about 6 inches then back out 3 times each time holding button for 3-5 seconds in the out position. Jer

Thanks for the suggestions but they didn't solve the issue. Far end of slide would still not retrack only the nearest end. Just for the hell if it I when in the basement compartment to find the controller. I unplug ALL the wires going to it. Waited maybe five minutes and plugged all wires back in. Hit Retrack button and slide came in perfectly. Sometimes it better to be lucky than good!!!

Thanks again for the responses.
