Eliminate some possible causes:
If I'm not mistaken, you likely do not have a "two way" selector valve to route the city water connection to either the "system plumbing" or the fresh water tank. Is that accurate? Those are convenient (often found on travel trailers), but many class C units rely on just a gravity fill for the fresh water tank - without connecting a tank fill option from the city water connection.
Locate your hot water tank plumbing. You will have 3 valves used for winterization purposes. If those valves are closed (in a certain combination) it could prevent water flowing from the hot faucets... HOWEVER - this would be true even when drawing water from your tank, not just city water. Look in that same area for any other water valves that may be turned off... JUST to be sure.
If your city water connection is on a slide out (unfortunately OURS is) you will have a flexible hose that move as the slide goes in and out. Our connection for this is under the left-most (rearward) dinette bench. If this applies, remove the bench cover and check the hose... it may be kinked, blocking the water supply.
