When you get one that's only half the information. Explanation; many/some class C have a very low OCCC and the distribution isn't equal front to rear. Just for example purposes, let's say the yellow sticker, Tire and Loading Sticker, indicates you have 2000 OCCC but unfortunately you don't know where it can be loaded without a trip to the scales. There are many cases where that available OCCC is only available in the front based on front and rear axle weight ratings. Sadly most of the storage compartments in a C are in the rear though. This is why I feel every RV should have a weight ticket from a visit to a CAT scales. 2 ways to work it, insist the dealer take it to the scales ahead of time or include a trip to the scales on your test drive.
