Read all you can about Thor’s slide issues before you buy one.

I wouldn’t touch one.

We love our RB34.

With that in mind:
  • We did have to fix the cab separation issue. I was able to DIY it and it's been more than fine by just adding more screws under the trim.
  • Our slider only works under optimal conditions (perfectly flat ground when it's in the mood to work) so we're replacing it with the Vroom system.

Otherwise - 16k miles on our rig, lived in it for a few months, with many, many weekend trips without issue. If we're going more than an hour from the house we just drive it for the convenience of having home with us.

Good luck with your search - the prices are crazy right now.

I'm happy with my SV34 after all of the repairs and upgrades I've done. I just turned 20,000 miles in about 33 months of use.

Plenty of people with other makes and models who have had their fair share of issues as well.

But I'm not giving Thor a pass. Their quality and workmanship..... sucks!

I'll also say I would not pay what people are paying now. I bought my SV34 in 2019 for $75K - $90K than some people are paying.

And the Vroom Slide System is amazing....... I extend and retract it just for fun now!

We've owned our sv34 Omni for 2 years.
Had very few issues, wouldn't hesitate in a Thor again.

Great comfort, power to spare

The OP didn’t ask for opinions. They asked if there are any for sale.

Thread closed.
