Inside Seal Over Slide

Has anyone had to deal with one of these seals dropping and, if so, any recommendations? I did some small repairs on our 2018 Thor Four Winds 30D the other day and extended the slides for access. I checked out the seals and rollers both extended and retracted and with them retracted I see a seal I need to fix. I've never had a seal drop like this one so am wondering whether anyone else has had it happen and what the fix is. Does anyone know how this seal attaches to the wood strip it mounts with? If it's just glued and stapled that should be an easy fix but if it's some other setup I might have some work ahead of me. Here are some photos.

Second picture for comparison that shows the good seal on the other side didn't post.

I have had a couple staples work loose up there. I have a 2020 31y. I just used a couple short screws with large heads (so they did not pop through the rubber) and screwed it right back in.

Thanks! I figured I couldn't be the only one to see this issue. I'd sure like to take the whole strip down and make sure there's no more of it that is coming loose but it's probably easier to just assume it is and reattach the length of it at the same time as I'm fixing the part that has drooped.
