Question for Freedom Elite 30FE owners

All,
I have a 2020/2021 Freedom Elite 30FE; I noticed every time I drive in the rain I have water accumulating on the floor by the bathroom. After some investigation I realized that there is some sort of Pipe or tank that protrudes through the wall into the Drivers side rear wheel wheel and when the tire kick up rain it accumulates under my bathroom sink and flows out. I have attempted to attach a pic but its hard to get a good photo in there. Does anyone else have this? Am I missing a piece of trim to seal this or is it a bigger issue.

I have a '19 30FE and have driven through quite a few monsoons, and have not had that problem. Sounds like something missing in that area.

I crawled under our 2018 30FE this morning. I don’t see any pipe or anything else protruding beneath the floor that is not totally sealed.
I didn’t see anything resembling the white object shown in your photo.
Are you able to take any other photos that would show exactly where this pipe is?

It looks like maybe my toilet connecting to the black tank: I think the White pipe is my Saniflush

This is the first time I looked straight up and I understand why I am getting flooded when it rains

Still wondering if others have a cover of some sort or mine is just completely screwed up.

Nope, have nothing like that under my RV.
IMO, it appears this was an add-on after the RV was built. By whom??
You say you have a saniflush, was that added after you took delivery?
All of the protrusions (pipes, wires etc) under our RV have the expandable foam sprayed liberally in and around the hole for the device.
Suggest you buy a can from a home improvement store and make sure the pipe is sealed well.

I bought this Brand New!! I have an Appt on Wed at the Dealer.. I will see what they say..

Something about that looks wrong. Pex in a wheel well sound like a bad idea. I will poke under my 2019 30FE and see. I think I would have noticed something like that.

Nothing like that on our rig.
