Personally I will "Hang it Up" at 30/35 mph winds /40mph gusts.

At 15 mph, I bring my boat in as I can see the white caps, I will not ride my motorcycle at 15 mph, at 25 mph I slow down more than normal in the RV, especially in open plan or where there are posted wind signs around valleys or cliffs.
I agree to "Hang it Up" at 30/35 mph winds /40mph gusts" in any vehicle. But I must say once we were in Mississippi in a SUV caught in a very bad storm with rain and tornado. The problem was the tornado was headed to where we were and getting worse so I kept driving to out run the storm, it was quite the ordeal.
