Hi. When will the passenger 110 plug on my 2017 Miramar work? Engine on?, generator on? When and when not should the passenger 110 plug work?

Mine runs of the inverter, so unless I turn the inverter off, the computer plug in the DW seat is always on.

My schematic for 2020 says circuit 5B which is all the inverter receptables. So there should be several off in the coach. Is the inverter on?
