Seiki tv

I recently read a thread about the TVs on my Thor windsport 34J 2017 the outside TV shuts off randomly I read that the 110 line hot water heater when it kicks on it shuts off the TV I found that to be untrue since I shut the 110 line off and it is still happening is the TV faulty or does anybody else know of a different problem thank you

An upgraded wifi enabled Alexa enabled 32 inch TV is $99 on amazon(I have one that I built into 1963 console TV cabinet. I paid 99 bucks shipped)

Do not spend a moment diagnosing your current TV.

But
If you insist on diagnosing it:
Plug it into shore power seperately and see what it does.
Like, run an extension cord from your house to the TV only.

I had one of my three 32” Seiki lose all volume. Picture was fine.
So I replaced by purchasing a $119 TCL from Amazon.
It’s a smart tv, can be WiFi enabled.
I bet Thor paid $30/Seiki by the pallet-load.

no way. im not nuts after all. couldnt figure out why our living room seiki kept losing sound!

its connected to a vizio soundbar underneath via fiber cable, that wouldnt work either, so something on the mb of the tv im thinking. did you have to buy a new mount too?

or can i just by a new tv and throw on that mount, havent even looked yet.

All the new TVs fit the mount.
You might need to go to hardware store to purchase 4 fasteners though. The screw/bolt/fasteners don’t come with the new TV and there’s a good chance that the SEIKI bolts won’t fit when you go to mount.

There seems to be 3 different metric bolt sizes to fasten TV to mount.
If the instructions do not list, then Google it.
The 4 fasteners can be purchased at any hardware store/Lowe’s/Home Depot.

SEIKI seems to be the largest of all at M8
TCL was an M6 for my TV
