2022 Ford E-450 air filters

I am trying to find the right engine and cabin air filter for my 2022 Thor Quantum SE72 RV. For engine air filter alone, some websites show the equivalent of FRAM CA8039 and others show FRAM CA12818, one is cone/cylindrical shaped filter and the other is flat. Anyone know which one to get?

Can you not look under the hood? If you are changing it, you need to know where it is.

My search for an 2021 E450 stripped chassis only shows the flat one. Any conical result is for the V10 or a "universal fit" like a K&N.

Traditionally the E-series use the round filter, the F- series use the flat filter.
I have a 2017 Vegas on a E-450 chassis and have the round filter, they are a pain in the *** to change.
The new V-8 may have a flat filter, a visual under the hood will let you know.
