I'm not sure what you mean by "right rear", "front rear", and "center rear". My 2017 Freedom Elite 23H has one huge storage compartment under the corner queen on the right side. Under that is a spare tire compartment. Any water that get into the big space will usually find its way into the spare tire space. There is a drain plug there but, if you remove it, be sure to put it back because the hole is big enough for a mouse to get in.
When I found water in that compartment, I traced it to a bad seam on the roof. Rain water had been running down the inside of the wall for quite a while. it also caused problems with the tail lights. You might want to remove those two fixtures to examine for soggy plywood.
