Can't find leak? 2017 25.2

2017 25.2 rear and passenger rear compartment. They are connected. We would always find water in the compartment and also water in the top of a toolbox that was kept in passenger rear.
I taped paper towels everywhere in there and sprayed the heck out of everywhere with a hose. Nothing. I suspected it was only getting wet when driving in the rain. I then found the gasket around the top of the plastic compartment, where the tub is bolted up against the body. I saw this was an issue for others as well and caulked it very well. This seemed to work as we didn't get any leaks during driving in the rain or any other time.
I just Pulled the RV out of the winter parking space and opened everything up. THere was a lot of moister in those compartments with a little bit of water on the bottom of the passenger rear. I took out the tool box and it was full to the top with water. WTH? The two compartments on top of the tool box, which would get water in the past and would definitley get water if it was coming from above were completely dry. This had to have happened while parked for the winter. I'm so confused as to where and how this water got in and almost all of it ending up inside a toolbox. Any ideas or leak detection tips would be greatly appreciated.

Baby powder sprayed on every surface.
Then
Read the streaks.
And
Like Tupperware in the dishwasher dry cycle;
Those bins draw and hold condensation as if it were their job.

I already drilled a hole in the bottom of the tool box!

How is it sitting in storage? Nose higher than the rear? Rear higher than the front? Leaning more to the right? I would try to duplicate it as much as you can. Water can run from anywhere. I would start at the top of your rig. Just a quick roof inspection to see if you notice any puddling or areas that appeared to have puddles and left a dirt ring or spot.

Unbelievable. We just had 3" of rain in 24 hours and not a drop in the compartment. The RV was sitting a little bit flatter than storage so I'll have to repeat the experiment after our trip. Now to clean up the powder and get ready to travel. I'll probably tape the paper towels everywhere for the trip and see what happens.

Then you have a condensation problem.
I place baby diapers in the low spots in my bins.
The smaller ones hold 16 ounces. They stay dry on the outside. They will dessicate overtime and re-use themselves.

Theres a picture somewhere in my build thread of the diapers tucked in the corner of the bins.

What is above the compartment, I’m thinking shower or drain lines maybe leaking running along floor joists dripping from the top into tool box
