Does it leak when it's open, closed or both?

Both.in heavier rain.

Thanks for responding.

Water seems to get on top of slide and then leak inside.
Leaks when driving in the rain aswell.
Tried to keep the slides retracted and or extended as much as possible, to no avail.

Run the slide out. Look at the D seal (bulb seal) along the inside top of slide. It slides into a channel. Nothing to hold it in place. If wind wives it water will enter.

Also check the sealant that (should be) applied at the junction between the bottom trim and the wall of the slide.
If water gets in there you will have a leak closed or open.

Another place are the slide windows.
At the top of the window on the outside it should be sealed with sealant in addition o the regular "tape" the window have. Lack/bad/crack in that sealant will allow water to get into the wall and you have leaks with slide in or out.

In my unit I was getting leaks and those areas didn't look to let water in but leaks stopped when I resealed these areas.
