Dash radio problem

The last trip in our 2016 ACE the radio was working for about ten minute then the screen went blank.it wants me to confirm the center and corners of the screen. It doesn’t advance from there. I have tried the reset button a few times without success. The backup and side cameras show on the screen.
I’m not sure what my next steps should be to trouble shoot, or just talk to my wife during drives.

It may be capacitive and trying to calibrate the touchscreen. Do you by any chance have a Stylus pen or something similar? It will point to a more specific spot than a finger.

I am not familiar with Jensen, but it is trying to calibrate, my point earlier was that it may be looking for a more precise data point than a finger. Try a pencil or pen not with a sharp edge. Be sure to hold for 2- 3 seconds for it to lock in. If it does not work with a stylus pen or similar then you have trouble especially if you have reset and have the same results. I must have had 50 of those stylus pens.

If the above does not work, you may have to contact Jensen to see if they have a hard reset or way to bypass that calibration.
