Now this is creepy... Why would Thor Co. be concerned with a 20 year old Hurricane?
I guess the forum has been spammed.

I checked the ph# against my records. It's good. It may cost them some money but the ph# is legit.

Thor MC Customer Care doesn't expire only the warranty does. Jayco and Entegra have two year warranties. The factory repair facility at Wakarusa will work on any Thor made MC.

Has there been any progress on this or is this another member that gets an issue resolved and never submits an update?

Well the officer connected the charger to the battery but good news. After sitting for a week. I finally got a guy to come out and look at it this morning and it started right up! Good enough for me for now! I got it parked in mom's driveway now and hooked up to the 30 amp outlet we had installed. There it will sit until this quarantine is over and I can drive it to a repair place for some much needed work and some updates.

Please keep in mind we are working with a limited team due to COVID19 which may cause some longer hold times and delayed responses.

Thanks I will give you a call tomorrow as I do have some other questions. I was able to get it started and moved to where I can keep it safely til a repair shop is open after the quarantine.

It just got resolved, for now, this morning at 8am. Sorry I am not on your schedule.

If not the ground issue as suggested, my bet would be a loose connection or blown fuse that supplies power to your ignition/start/run key switch.
Good luck.
