Welcome to the forum. I see no responses to you so far. I am not familiar with the Balmar battery monitor unit specifics (or if there are various versions even), but it would seem like yours is dead .....as in not getting any power to operate the display for a start. Since this is a new RV you should be able to return it to the selling Dealer for a warranty repair I expect? Sometimes that means a very long wait for an appointment.
"Assuming" you have the SG200 unit, the other approach would be to find the smart shunt unit that the Balmar visual readout unit connects to (likely mounted near the House batteries).......and look for a small fuse holder wired in series from the +12vdc House battery terminal to the smart shunt unit that “may” have opened (blown) for some reason. I assume this small fuse actually powers the Balmar unit. You can also check to make sure the interconnect cable from the smart shunt to the Balmar unit is firmly connected at both ends. Failing the simple stuff.....a Dealer repair may still be required. Attaching a link to a Balmar manual that has a basic schematic that may (or may not apply) to the unit you have. Bonne chance!
