If listed on Craigslist be aware that the 1st 10 calls/text/emails you receive WILL BE scams; wanting to list/sell your rv (scam). "I'm overseas in the military & will send a cashiers check" (scam). Just be VERY cautious dealing with ANYONE on CL, cash only, NO cashiers checks & you certainly know absolutely NO personal checks.
I'm currently trying to sell my 5er & get these calls at least once a week. Also you'll find that YOUR rv is next to worthless to anyone but you. Everyone wants factory warranty (which in a lot of cases is worthless) & someone to find financing for them. Mine is 5 years old, all the kinks of new have been taken care of, new tires, upgraded to disc brakes, new batteries, custom interior features, much less $$ than a lesser new 5er & still can't sell it.
