Wow! Interior protection plan PAID!
The 1st owners of our WS31 purchased the extra interior protection plan when they bought the MH. My DW painstakingly transferred all of the different plans after we got the MH back home. Well... it paid off! Our captain chairs were already chaffing because of the cheap arse vinyl. We took pictures and got estimates for repairing the problem. The company said "they don't normally pay for that kind of damage". BUT, the guy said out of good faith/customer service, he would issue a partial payment! We just received at check for $650 bucks!! WooHoo!!
