Water flow/leak question

SORRY THIS IS SO LONG>

I've removed our 2016 Axis 25.2 couch and fresh water tank. The fresh water tank is under the couch. I removed/disconnected the water pump, which is mounted under the couch to the rear of the water tank. I've disconnected the water lines from the from the outside shower which is right behind the couch. I've disconnected all the lines from the fresh water tank as well.

This was all done as 80% of sub floor was soft/rotten under the couch. I've removed all the sub floor that was wet or disintegrated. I've replaced all the bad flooring.

I still really have no idea how the floor got this wet. I've had the rv for about 3 months. It had 6000 miles on it when we bought it. We've spent near 6 weeks traveling. No way all that damage was done since we bought it.

QUESTION - Where the heck is the water coming from? All the wood I removed was WET. Except a bit right near the front right behind the drivers chair. Everything from there to the hot water tank under the vinyl flooring was WET. Today I was moving the line that comes out of the pump (pump was disconnected) and I had a lot of water coming back through that fitting onto the floor I was working on. I had the generator running, for power tools, and the water heater was on (testing). When I opened the bathroom sink hot water faucet, I had hot water returning from the hot water tank back through what is the water out flow line from the pump. The water was running backwards TO the pump (remember - the pump was disconnected) Does that sound logical?

I have NO damage in the ceiling, no damage in the walls. Only the flooring under the couch and toward the bathroom under the couch was bad. I know that water under that vinyl flooring can stay WET for a LONG time. It just will not dry if the vinyl is not removed.

Any suggestions from experience on where this leak MAY be? Can the hot water tank be leaking somewhere I can't see? There does not appear to be any water on top of the vinyl flooring, except where the water strainer/filter is on the inflow side of the pump. The clear filter cover was loose and was leaking for god knows how long. It also appears that I had "pockets" of standing water in the sub frame and maybe some more unknown places as I was removing old flooring.

BTW - Before I started this project, I opened the low point drain on the ear corner of the fresh water tank. Water was draining at a good rate outside under the frame, but it was not a steady single stream. Water was "splashing" from the frame in a bunch of places about 18" in area. WHAT? Is the end of the tank drain stuck inside the coach frame somewhere and not directly open to the road?

Thanks for any help.
