Cabinet latches

An ongoing irritant with both the '05 and now the '15, is the constant breaking of the cabinet latch part that attaches to the door. Buying as they break can be a problem finding them, and it is never the latch that breaks, but the hook. Have found that there is a heavy-duty version of the latch referred to as 'Large' and have never had another hook (strike) break after replacing with the larger one.
Just finished getting an order from Amazon of the large strike portion of the latch assembly and can look forward to having a good replacement part on hand when the next OEM hook/strike gives up.
The product I am using is by JR Products, #70445, "Large Cabinet Strike"--the only downside is they are longer than the old piece and new mounting holes have to be used, but they fit the lock part easily. Cost was $6.05 each.

I have a number of latches (cabinet part) if anyone ever needs one. Used to buy the complete assembly before realizing the parts are available separately.
