You won't feel it till it starts pushing the MH down the hills. I towed a 1500 lb. boat for years with a 22' B+ without trailer brakes. From my experience you should expect to go through front brake pads on the MH much quicker than you would normally. Most of the stress of stopping that ton and a half will fall to the coach's front pads.
