No, I have been setting up my own DirecTV sat antenna since 1999. I use a portable Slimline 2 with a 3D2RBLNB on a Winegard adjustable tripod, with a genie 2 (HS-17) and two clients (C-61K, C-41W) . Roof mounts are to confining for most campgrounds in the east. 200 ft of RG-6 coax lets me move the antenna out from under the trees.
Thor not only does coach repairs but can handle most modifications. They were charging labor at $130 per hour last year. They usually have the Winegard Trav'ler antenna in stock, as they are used extensively at Plant 850 coaches (next door).
