Note: This is for SOB (Not a Thor unit); but it is something I assume would be on all blank tanks. Mfg says San T Flush cannot be installed. They admit that it is installed on some of the units for same model but it was a different midyear build before they added.
Would you buy brand new coach without? Or do you you just keep looking akin to if you wanted 2 AC's? Is something like that Camco Tornado reliable enough for new coach etc.?

No black tank comes from the manufacturer with a flushing device installed. It is up to the coach builder to install a flushing device if they desire.
You may be able to retrofit your black tank with an aftermarket flushing device it you have access to an area on one of the sides of the tank near the top. The flushing device manufacturers prefer you install them on the wall opposite the drain but you have to work with what is accessible. Mine was added to the wall on the same side as the drain and it works fine (Tornado).
