Look under the cabinet behind the drawers on the back side of the TV cabinet. You should see where the TV is plugged into a 120 VAC outlet.
I don't think your “Continu US” TV is OEM equipment for you Axis and it appears their website is under construction although they do have a seller presence on Amazon. Maybe you can contact them that way.
