Heater Fan Switch
It would seem your fan speed switch is defective (or bad connection some where) IF it only works on low. Low speed indicates the fan motor resistor ass'y is intact, but the speed switch is not selecting fewer resistors (for a higher speed). Do a internet search on "2015 Ford F52 heater fan resistor schematic" for further info., there are some videos too.
Generally the same system has been used for years and in different models so don't be worried you might not find the exact info.
