Invertor or converter? Mine did have a converter (AC to DC) problem and had to be replaced. I do not have an invertor in my unit.

Also, where is the bird switch you mention located? I have not seen one in my coach. My problem is down to the fact that I can not boondock on batteries only after 15 seconds. The coach shuts down unless on shore or generator power. Thx, Dennis.
