As I said in a previous post, we have a Class C Fun Mover. We have a roll up door with an integrated pull out ramp. We have always been mindful of the weight we carry throughout our RV.

We distribute our weight from front to back, side to side.....When we first purchased the RV, my husband and I removed the entire floor to the frame in the garage. He then reinforced the entire frame work, added better insulation, waterproofed the new plywood, installed new rubber flooring, sealed all edging, and installed a raised threshold at the door opening to prevent water intrusion. Having your garage door (no matter what kind) is your first defense against water getting in.

This was hard work. You would be surprised to find out what your struff is sitting on.
