My Freedom Elite always leaned to the left a bit. More with the slide out. When I had it at a trusted truck alignment shop I asked about it. It’s almost certainly not a defect of any sort and just has more weight on one side than the other. He weighed my rig and demonstrated. He further said it was not actually a problem for the coach, it just looks odd. It’s not unlike driving your car with just the driver on board. The car doesn’t care that the weight is not even! Notwithstanding, he said he could remedy the issue for about $150 or less by adding a small helper spring on the heavy side. Some folks do it even more cheaply with just a spacer. I decided not to worry about it and subsequently noticed that quite a few RVs do it. I simply hadn’t noticed it until it was mine. Good luck!
