More Battery Questions

When it comes to batteries and charging systems, I definitely am not an expert. Here are a couple of questions.

But first, I have two Battleborn lithium batteries and, when the RV is stored, I have them connected to a battery minder configured for lithium batteries.

I understand that the trombetta is designed to close when the house batteries exceed 13.1 volts, allowing current to charge the chassis battery.

As it sits now, with the ignition and house battery disconnect switch off and connected to the trickle charger, I am getting a reading of 13.3 to 13.4 volts on both sides of the tombetta which says to me that it is closed.
.
I believe this would allow the trickle charger to also maintain a charge on the chassis battery. Am I correct in this? Since the trickle charger is configured for lithium, am I doing any damage to the chassis battery?
