Macerator pump advice...

I’m kinda tired of wrestling with the stinky slinkies. We’re discussing getting macerator pumps for the tanks. We’ve talked about the ones that mount permanently and those that have the twist on lugs.
Our RV has 2 black and 1 grey tanks. The back toilet has its own black under the talk of the RV.

I’ve seen some older posts about a few different makes / models but nothing recently.
I don’t want to muck with moving the pump from front to back but I really don’t like the idea of buying 2 pumps.

Power considerations? If it fails, Am I pretty much up siht’s creek?

Any advice would be appreciated!
