From this picture I found online it looks like the TV is mounted in a box? Similar to my main TV. If that is the case then you have two straps (see arrows) that you pull to release catches on the bottom and the bottom of the TV will swing up and can be lifted off the upper mount.
If that is not the case, what are the arrows pointing to?
