I have a meter and plan to check the low beam plugs for 12v tomorrow and see if I can maybe swap in a high beam bulb to see if it will work. I think it's unlikely both bulbs burned out at the same time tho. I was also told to check a DLR relay, honestly, right now I can't even remember if it has DLR
