Is popping noise normal?

I moved both front and rear and followed the torque specs. Test drove today and noticed a slight pop noise when making slow, hard right or left turn. Also more of a hard click sound when at slow speed crossing a recess that cause just one front tire to drop. I have checked and found no damage or obvious signs of impingement. I'm wondering if it is the springs coming in contact with the bar, as the portion of the bar under the springs is about an inch closer to the springs than before. Does this sound normal?
