I assume you mean the self-discharge rate of the flooded vs AGM. Yes, if the coach is not plugged in and the batteries isolated. Of course there is some variance in the self-discharge rate between AGM batteries but generally the AGM self-discharge rate is 30 to 4o times better than a flooded battery. If the coach is stored plugged-in it really doesn't matter.



As for total usable electrical power a flooded battery has a little more for batteries of the same group vs AGM. As far as battery life, generally a deep cycle flooded and an deep cycle AGM have the same life IF the water level in the flooded battery is maintained or is a VRLA flooded battery.
