I keep wet tanks in the summer. When initially parking I add 4-5 gallons of water to start with. When I go over to run the genset I add a gallon of water to both tanks. I also keep the black tank treated so the bugs stay alive and eat the crud in the tank. Keeping the tanks wet also keeps the termination valve wet and the seals don’t dry out.
