Missing Wires in Fuse Box
While trouble shooting windshield wiper not working, looking in the Fuse box on diver side of engine, I noticed there were no wire harness hooked to fuses. See Pic. Looked and looked, never found wires. Please advise.

Also would like to know location of windshield wiper fuse?
