Outlaw in winter

What needs to be done for a 2016 37MB outlaw to occasionally withstand sub-zero temperatures without causing leaky pipes and other damage? Living in Michigan, I will be driving in and out during the winter and would prefer not to winterize every time I am home for a few days.

Looking around, I can see that the water tank is open to the elements and will need a heating pad (easily done), but what about the pipes and grey/black water tanks? Assuming the furnace keeps the couch at above freezing temps, will they be protected? Can't see a way to get access to apply heating tape/heating pads. Has anyone done that?

Thanks in advance.
