Yours is an F53 chassis (vs Class C where the fuel filter is located under the driver’s door)
Check Google and Utube videos on how to replace. It’ll give you what you need to know.

On EDIT...
“At least as far back as 2013 the filter is an integral part of the pump/fuel gauge assembly in the tank. Supposedly it's a "lifetime" filter that should last a minimum of 100,000 miles.”

So you’d need to change out the integrated pump/filter assembly
