Like what was mentioned unless the modifications can be proven to cause damage shouldn’t have any affect on the warranty. You are basically just replacing the parts that will wear out at some point in the future anyways. If you are talking about modifying the frame, adding a supercharger or something then sure at that point your warranty can be voided.
