I was catching up reading all the posts in this thread and noticed folks are getting 15 - 18 mpg.
We took our first long trip down to the Gulf coast (200 miles one way) and going down running between 65 and 75 got 12.6 mpg, coming back I tried to keep it under 65 and the dash fuel mileage gauge still says 12.6mpg. When I fill up I will double check the mileage.
Our 2020 Thor Compass 23TW has the 2019 Ford Transit 350HD chassis.
6 speed transmission, Ford 3.2L I-5 Power stroke Turbo Diesel.
BTW, water tanks are empty, tires inflated to spec, not over loaded with stuff and only the wife and I with 3 15lb dogs.
Does this mileage sound right?
We just turned 2000 miles.
Weighing the RV is on my list.
