But the article you picked was NOT on the subject of flat towing AWD vehicles behind a MH.
And if the advice you got was faulty regarding your radio a helpful person would have gone back to the thread and commented on what they found to be the correct solutions so that anybody who searched the forum for a similar issue would benefit from the correct knowledge. That's the best way to make these forums work as a good reference for the members.
