That's a very nice thought but years ago when they closed the mental health houses they set up this scenario where every once in a while some nut ball "wants to be famous". We are very lucky in this latest case that the only fatality was the criminal himself.


I don't know what the answer is, but societies view now is you can't keep these types off the street until they present a danger to society, and then it's too late.
