We got our 2018 Citation 24ST last summer. We had a Vegas 25.2 before that. We are loving the Citation's ease in driving and quiet cab. We have not had any issues but we did have the dealer put two more AC vents in the ceiling in the living area because the two over the over cab bunk just did not put out enough air. We also switched out the tankless water heater to a reg 6 gal heater. Tankless just doesn't work for our type of camping where we rarely have full hook up. Tankless wastes to much water before it gets hot and thus fills up gray tank. Speaking of the gray tank, at least on the ST it's designed odd in that it doesn't drain well at dump out. We were told to put a block under right front tire when dumping, it needs that tilt to completely empty. We do that and now we get a good empty. We just really like the unit and can't wait to get back on the road in March.
