I have a new Miramar with the exact same issue, hot water in both sinks, no hot water in shower. Took it to the dealer, and they replaced the faucet in the shower. Turns out the faucet was mixing cold water in, when it should not have been. So when the shower faucet was on full hot, it was mixing in cold water, which dropped the hot water flow rate down below the needed flow rate to turn on the water heater.
