Judge is right on point with the water pressure,super sensitive. Make sure you have good pressure. Drop the temperature setting a few degrees and use less cold water if you have two knobs. As for the filter u tube has some excellent information on cleaning the filter screen. We like our system but it did time to learn and adjust. Good luck
